Vooban is a software consulting and development firm I co-founded in 2011. Until I sold my shares in 2019, I served as VP of operations and later VP of human resources: internal systems (compensation, billing, payroll, timesheets), company culture, and growth from 10 to 52 employees.
My role combined internal systems and legal structuring, technical vision, team management, and hands-on execution on strategic mandates — including National Defence, Desjardins, Industrial Alliance, Universitas, and Université Laval.
