Synerion Agile Bolt Modernization

Synerion is modernizing its Agile workforce management solution — originally ASP.NET MVC — toward the Bolt architecture: responsive web apps and modern APIs, in a multi-tenant model. Modules cover ESS, MSS, shared authentication services, and integrations (BambooHR, Sage300/ADP payroll, and others).
I laid the MSS module foundations, migrated the calculation engine, set up Azure DevOps (repo, CI/CD, releases, versioning), and the multi-tenant patterns (contextual DI, Serilog, cache and SQL connection derived from the JWT).
