Retraite Québec (then RRQ) used Global 360 as its workflow suite. Workdesk wraps that product so business lines can work with the workflow in a controlled way.

I took over as the Workdesk specialist: analyzing, developing, and supporting new features and direction, and supporting the business lines that integrate with Workdesk.

•Continuity of Workdesk support after the previous specialist left
•New features and direction for the Global 360 wrapper
