SFP was part of Quebec's Ministère des Transports administrative-systems overhaul: a web app for viewing and updating project tracking by access level.

As the first SFP developer I prototyped the first pages, analyzed the MTQ framework, unit-tested complex task units, and backed up the software architect. I also performance-analyzed the pilot's Oracle BizTalk adapter, helped change its architecture, then ran functional tests after optimizing data acquisition.
